Collector greets sports persons

National level Junior Thang-Ta Championship was held in Imphal, capital city of Manipur on 1st, 2nd and 3rd December. In this Tamil Nadu team, V. Marypriyadarshini PSGR Krishnammal Higher secondary school student (-60 kg weight category punaba ama) 
won silver medal. V. Jayasimhan Stanes CBSE school (-60 kg weight category punaba anishuba) won silver medal. 

G.B. Divya (punaba ama in -52 kg category) National Model Matriculation Higher secondary school student. She lost the chance to win the quarter final match and left. SS. Shivani (punaba ama in -56 kg category) The Gopal Naidu Higher secondary school girl lost her chance to win in the pre-quarter finals. VU. Hemanth (punaba ama in 52-kg category) Sukuna Polytechnic College student lost her  chance to win the quarter final match.  The winning players met the Coimbatore District Collector who greeted everyone warmly.
