Collector inaugurates sports meet for diffable students

Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority and district differenly abled welfare department  arranged one day district level sports .competitions for differently abled students studying in various schools in the district. Collector H Krishnanunni inaugurated the event in the presence of district sports officer Sathishkumar and district differently abled welfare officer Kothaiselvi. 

Running race,  table tennis, handball, kabaddi etc were  held and prizes and certificates were distributed. Over 300 students took part. 

Kongu Kalaiarangam functionaries led by its president 
Chinnasamy sponsored food, snacks, medals and certificates for the event.
