Collector inspects Development Works

Collector H. Krishnanunni inspected the ongoing development works in Kodumudi Panchayat Union. He reviewed  the various projects worth Rs.89.67 lakh in Kolathuppalayam, Ichippalayam, Vallipuram, Anjur and Konthalam panchayats in the union. Later, he discussed with the students about environment and health under the project 'Namma Uru Superu' at Tamaripalayam Government Higher Secondary School.

He said social change should start from the students. Only students can bring change. Hygiene should start at home. He instructed the students to separate the garbage into biodegradable and non-biodegradable garbage and give it to the sanitation workers. He conducted an inspection at Ichipalayam fair price shop and gave new family cards to 3 people and free house site pattas to 3 people.
