Collector inspects students hostel

Nilgiris District Collector Aruna inspected Government Adi Dravidar Welfare students hostel at Kotagiri. 

She said the Chief Minister has announced various good programs to brighten the lives of students and is working to improve the educational quality of them and improve their intelligence. She instructed the officials to provide nutritious food especially to the students staying in the government hostels and to keep the accommodation clean and hygienic. She inspected the dormitory, kitchen, warden room, food storage room, reviewed attendance register, types of food served to the students and ate the food prepared for providing lunch to the hostel students. During this inspection, Assistant Director (Municipality) Mr. Ibrahimsha, Chairman of Kothagiri Municipal Corporation Jayamani, Executive Officer of Kothagiri Municipal Corporation (P) Mr. Sathasivam, Kothagiri Block Development Officers Mr. Janarthanan, Mrs. Anitha, Kothagiri Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Gomathi and many others were present.
