CREDAI’s Fairpro 2024 Commences in City at Coimbatore

CREDAI’s ‘Fairpro 2024- Festival of Home Deals’ got underway in Codissia‘s ‘E’ Hall today. The 3-day property expo was inaugurated by B.Ganesan IAS, Director, DTCP, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chief Guest on the occasion. Other dignitaries present on the occasion included Pravesh Kumar Subudhi, General Manager- Network 3, LHO, SBI, and Mr. R.Ilankovan, President, CREDAI, Tamil Nadu.
Speaking on the occasion, Ganesan expressed his happiness at the enthusiastic response received by the exhibition with a large number of developers participating in the 3-day property fair. Pointing out to the exhibitor stalls, he said that each one of them were showcasing unique projects and exclusive offers. 
He further appreciated CREDAI for not just focusing solely on business, but also undertaking a lot of CSR initiatives.
Pravesh Kumar Subudhi during his address lauded CREDAI’s Coimbatore chapter for the excellent organization of the event. He mentioned that it is the best platform where all the key stakeholders of the ecosystem – namely the real estate companies, bankers and customers, come under one roof. He said with the wide choice of properties on show, the property offers the best opportunity for home buyers. 
Addressing the gathering, Ilankovan commended the team of CREDAI Coimbatore for the meticulous planning behind the event. Highlighting the immense growth potential of Coimbatore, he extended his best wishes to all the exhibitors for a successful expo.
Surender Vittel, Chairman- Fairpro 2024, mentioned that with over 30 developers showcasing more than 100 projects, visitors to the property fair are sure to find something interesting of their choice. He said the property expo has been planned in such a way for customers to navigate the real estate market with ease and invest in the property of their choice.
Earlier Gugan Ilango, President, CREDAI – Coimbatore, delivering the welcome address highlighted that the steady growth in Coimbatore market, for both residential, as well as commercial properties. He observed that the city has emerged as a city of immense opportunities and potential.  He further added that the city’s strategic location was fuelling the demand for quality real estate.
