CREDAI’s Fairpro opens, offers properties to suit needs of all sections of society

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore, has organized a three-day mega property festival –Fairpro-2025—at CODISSIA complex here.
The festival was inaugurated on Friday (August 8) by chief guest Ms Haritha Poornima, General Manager, Network 3, State Bank of India. It will go on till Sunday (August 10), showcasing the properties such as apartments, villas, senior living, gated communities, plots and many more, to suit the requirements of all sections of the society.
In the property fair, more than 30 builders have displayed over 100 upcoming as well as ready-to-occupy properties, with prices ranging from Rs.20 lakhs to Rs 7 crore.
The chief guest Ms Haritha Poornima in her inaugural speech said that several people including SBI staff from various cities have preferred to settle down in Coimbatore.
President of CREDAI Coimbatore Mr. S. R. Arvind Kumar in his welcome speech said that the Master Plan-2041 for Coimbatore focuses on creating infrastructure facilities such as metro rail, airport expansion, ring road and so on, he said.

All the projects of CREDAI members are RERA approved. The Fairpro offers the very best that Coimbatore could, he said.
The Fairpro chairman Mr Surender Vittel said that since the demand is spiking, investment in real estate in Coimbatore should never be postponed.
The builders are offering special prices and incentives for the prospective buyers who book the properties during the fair. On the occasion, a white paper jointly prepared by CREDAI and JLL (a global real estate services company) on “Coimbatore Real Estate—Leading the Upswing” was released by Ms Poornima in the presence of JLL vice-president Mr. S. Shrivignesh.
The white paper highlights the fast paced sector-wise growth:  office market absorption has gone up by 2.3 times to 8.8 million sq.ft by 2024; 52 per cent rise in residential market; logistics and industrial stock has expanded by 47 per cent to 6.6 million sq.ft, and Coimbatore has captured 16 per cent of India’s total market share in the senior living sector. The secretary of CREDAI Coimbatore Ms. Sanjana Vijayakumar proposed a vote of thanks.
