Demo against corrupt VAO

A demonstration was held in Chennimalai demanding action against the local Village Administrative Officer Sivakumar, who was temporarily suspended after a complaint was made for forging the signature of Perundurai Deputy Tahsildar and gave Natham Pattas to some people in Chennimalai. In this situation, the stir was held seeking criminal action against him by various organizations in front of Chennimalai bus stand. 
 

Anti-bribery movement coordinator A.C. Kandasamy led the stir. M. Sengottaiyan (Communist Party of India), K. Ravi (Marxist Communist Party) and union committee member Uma alias Kalaichelvi,  Self-Reliance Farmers Union leader K. V. Ponnaiyan, A. Selvarasu, Easwaran, Satish Kumar,  G. Thangaraj and many others took part.
