Designed to be highly corrosion and earthquake resistant for all constructions

India's ARS Group has launched the ARS CRS 550D, a corrosion and earthquake-resistant product designed for all constructions. The company's 'know the truth' campaign has led to a shift in consumer attitudes towards TMT Bars. QR codes were provided to ensure the product meets required standards. In July 2023, ARS conducted a campaign in South India with tech-vans to raise public awareness about TMT bars. 

Mr.Ashwani Kumar Bhatia, Founder & Managing Director, ARS Group said, “ While products of this specification already exist in the market, they are used only for large-scale constructions due to high costs. However, we are bringing this into the market at affordable costs so that retail buyers can create sustainable constructions that are suitable for future environments”.

Mr.Moorthy, Technical Director, ARS Group said, “Chennai metropolitan area is now listed under Seismic Zone 3. As a result of such factors, we are confident that the new ARSCRS 550Dwill have a positive impact on the construction needs of the public”.

The campaign covered over 2,34,223kms, conducted 28,770 tests, and educated 1,80,000 people on selecting suitable TMT bars. ARS plans to involve 12 more technical vehicles in the campaign by March 2025.
