DFO releases wildlife calendar 2023

To educate people about the importance of wildlife conservation and landscape preservation, the city-based Nature Conservation Society (NCS) has oraganized a programme to release wildlife calendars 2023 at the district forest office in the city.   The calendar is imprinted with pictures of animals and birds at their habitats and forest landscape to showcase the importance of natural conservation for flora and fauna to flourish. 

The district forest officer TK Ashok Kumar released the calendar and it was received by deputy conservator of forest Sri Kanth in the presence of assistant conservators of forest Dinesh Kumar and M Senthil Kumar.  President of the organization NI Jalaluddin, wildlife photographer/executive engineer of PWD Nidhiyan Maniarasu, wildlife photographer/secretary of the organization Anash Ahamed attended the event. 
The calendar was distributed to students and the general public.
