DMK celebrates Labour day at Coimbatore

Members of the DMK’s non-organized auto drivers’ wing celebrated ‘Labour Day’ in a grand manner near Coimbatore railway station in the city on Thursday. DMK’s district secretary N Karthik hoisted the party flag and unveiled the auto union’s name badge.
Karthik also distributed welfare assistance to 500 auto and taxi workers, and delivered a special address.
The event was presided over by AS Jayakumar, coordinator of the district non-organized drivers’ team. Mukhilan, Nawaz, Aziz, Kovai Iqbal, deputy coordinator Sundar, district representative Muthalagan, Sabarigopal, Veerakeralam Suresh, Vinod, Jebaraj, Jaleel, Akkeem, Stephen, Asif, Sadiq, and others.
