EEDISSIA seeks GST settlement centres

Erode District Small Industries Association (EEDISSIA) demanded TNGST settlement centres in all districts. EEDISSIA President Sridhar,  Secretary Suresh, and Treasurer Saravanababu presided over the general body meeting of it. 

Resolutions: TNGST officials slap fines even on small mistakes in the bills. So, an officer who knew the TNGST, should be appointed in all districts to settle the TNGST related issues. It wanted reduction of GST to 5 percent for all food items, technology-based training under the Naan Mudalvan scheme for the benefit of MSME and ESI hospital in the district, and 80 ft road from Meenashisundaranar road to Railway Station. Former President Thirumurthy, Vice Presidents Kandasamy, Palaniswami, Ram Prakash, Joint Secretary Bharat, Karthikeyan, Sarath Mano and others participated in this meeting.
