EPS pays tribute on Anna’s death anniversary

On the 54th death anniversary of former Chief Minister and Dravidian stalwart Annadurai, former Chief Minister and interim general secretary of AIADMK Edappadi K Palaniswami paid tribute to the portrait of Anna placed at his house in the city.

He then visited Anna’s memorial in Marina beach and placed a wreath. Former ministers D Jayakumar, Nattam Viswanathan, Ponnaiyan, Benjamin, P Valarmathi, Gokula Indira, district secretaries Rajesh, Sathya, Velachery Ashok, Adhirajaram and Balaganga state deputy secretary of Amma peravai Venkatesh Babu, St Mount East union secretary Perumbakkam Rajasekar, MGR youth wing’s assistant secretary Thooraipakkam Govindasamy, 
former MP Jayavardhan, advocate Rayapuram Balaki, former councilors Chinnaiyan and Arumugam, MGR youth wing’s deputy secretary Sunil.  Student’s wing assistant secretary R Palani, Mogappair Ilancheliyan,  Vadapalani minsara Satyanarayana Murthy, Ramalingan and others were present at the event.
