Erode Team Wins in Floorball Championship

The 16th National  Floorball Championship was held at Tamilnadu Sports University, Chennai, for three consecutive days from 29 to 31.10.2022. This tournament was organized by the Tamil Nadu Floor Ball Association. 

Athletes from all states of India participated enthusiastically. 15 players from Erode district participated on behalf of the Tamil Nadu team.   Under 12 age group, the student Aadvik won the first position and in the under 17 age group, students Deepak, Divith, Shashvi, Kugasaravanan, Sriram Prithew, Sujith, Sudhan, Benieljosh, Rahul, Sudarsan got the second position.

Under-17 girls category, Epsiba, Deepika, and Avantika came third and won in all categories. Erode District Floor Ball Association Honorary President Arul Nagalingam, President Suriyamurthy, Vice President Manikandan, Deputy Secretary Ayyappan, Treasurer Sridevi Senthilkumar, Deputy Secretary Priyadarshini, important members of the association Erode Law College Deputy Secretary Arun Balaji, Best Car Sivakumar, AIADMK Student Wing Secretary Ratan Prathiv, Sakthi Builders Kalaiyarasan, Pandian, Director of Physical Education, CSI Girls High School, Dr. Shanthi, former Public Prosecutor  Raja, Social Worker Murthy, photography association administrators Selvaraj, Anbarasan, City Hospital Zafar Sabir, Siddharthan, Arbiter Palanichami, College Manager Selvaraj, Physical Education teachers Murugesan, Ramachandran, Gokul Prasad, Shakti Punjabi Satishkumar helped  to hold the tourney and Erode Director of Physical Education and Secretary of Erode Floor Ball Club Devakanthan M Phil thanked them.
