GKNM hospital celebrates 71st Founders Day

The GKNM Hospital is delighted to celebrate its 71st Founders Day.  
Established in 1952 as a 50-bedded maternity and child care center, GKNM Hospital has grown into a 650-bedded super specialty hospital.  
It has specialized departments catering to various medical disciplines, advanced cardiology and cardiac surgery etc. The celebration held on July 1 Mani Higher Secondary School  to honour the founders,  doctors and staff of the hospital  by conferring Distinguished Service, Performance Excellence and Meritorious Service Awards.
Dr. Ragupathy Veluswamy, Chief Executive Officer, GKNM Hospital  welcomed the gathering. 
The award ceremony was honoured by the Chief Guest Mr.Suresh KV, President & Head for ZF region India , Pune in the presence of Shri. S. Pathy President and Shri. R. Gopinath Vice President  of  The Kuppuswamy Naidu Charity Trust for Education and Medical Relief. Dr.Manoharan , Chief Medical Officer, GKNM Hospital proposed the vote of thanks.
