Graduation Day at Krishnammal College

In the graduation day of   PSGR.Krishnammal Women's College, Coimbatore,  2576  including 45 rank holders, got their UG and PG degrees. Handing over degree certificates, the chief guest R. Srinivasan, Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Council of Science and Technology, appreciated the institution and the students on their commendable achievement. He stressed on the need to be a committed team player, and never to degrade oneself when setbacks come. 

Power of women 

He elaborated on the strength and power of women citing examples of Janakiammal, Kalpana Chawla and Sowmiya Saminathan.  He said that the progress of the nation rested on the treatment and empowerment of women.  R. Nandini, Chair Person of the College presided. College secretary N. Yasoda Devi, college principal B. Meena and professors participated in this programme.
