The Madras High Court has dismissed as unfit for litigation the plea for removal of the Tamilandu Governor on the grounds of holding two posts with conflict of interest.
It is right and commendable judgment. On behalf of the petitioner several arguments have been put forth including citations that in several states the High Courts have sent notices to the government.
Taking note of these arguments the Madras High Court indefinitely adjourned judgement whether the case is fit to be taken up by the court. Following this the High Court Judges have rightly dismissed the plea as unfit to be taken up.
