Heavy rush is seen in the medical camp held at the Ungaludan Stalin camp held at Thangam Mahal Erode on Tuesday.
In all Ungaludan Stalin camps, 2 doctors, 1 pharmacist and 5 health staff were posted. But in the camp at Thangam Mahal, 2 allopathic, 1 eye doctor, 1 sidha, 1 TB and one leprosy inspectors were posted, so that the crowd was high. Block Medical Officer Dr Kailasam, medical Officer Dr Vijayakumar and Sidha Dr Soundarrajan said that the response to all camps was much good. Many do not know their inherent diseases. But, in the camp, their ailments, especially BP and diabetes, which could cause many diseases, were detected. Around 40 percent of visitors were detected with BP or Diabetes. In general, 3 or 4 Varumun Kappom medical camps were held in each block every year. It is also more useful to public.
