``Honourable`` plays rummy in the Assembly!

The BJP coalition government is in power in the state of Maharashtra. Senior BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis is the Chief Minister. The Assembly session is currently underway in the state.
 In this situation, the state's Agriculture Minister, Hon'ble Manikrao Kokate, was secretly playing the deadly online game 'Jungle Rummy' on his mobile phone while the Assembly session was in progress.
In this regard, Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar's team) MLA Rohit Pawar has exposed this by posting two videos on his social media page.
In the last three months, 767 farmers have committed suicide in Maharashtra. 8 farmers commit suicide every day. There are so many unresolved problems. But the Hon'ble Agriculture Minister is spending his time playing rummy as if he has no work.  Where is that? In the Assembly...!
What could be more shameful than this if a minister, who should be keeping a close eye on what is happening in the Assembly, plays rummy without worrying about it?. Even if an MLA did this, it would be wrong. So, a Minister has done this...isn't this a big mistake? 
If he is behaving like this in the Assembly, how much time would he have spent playing rummy in his Secretariat office, in the camp office? This is the question that people are asking. If he was not addicted to the game of rummy, he would not be behaving like this.
Even if the opposition parties criticize that a Minister who has tarnished the dignity of the Assembly does not deserve to continue in office, there is no law to take action against him. Ut most, a warning will be issued to Minister Manikrao Kokde. That is all. This incident only shows that a law is needed against such acts.
So far, the Minister Hon'ble Manikrao Kokte has not even expressed regret. What is the response of the Deputy Chief Minister and his party leader Ajit Pawar? The expectation of the people of the state is.
 No matter who holds any position, there is a limit to everything!
