Horse Rekla race held at Bhavani

Bhavani - Kumarapalayam Horse Carriage and Auto Drivers Association Sangam President Venkatesan presided over a Rekla Race held on behalf of the sangam at Bhavani on Saturday. It was held from Servarayanpalayam on Bhavani-Appakudal road to Oricheriputhur. 

More than 50 carts from Salem, Namakkal, Erode, Coimbatore participated in the competition which was held in four divisions.  Trophies and cash prizes were given to owners of top three horses in the race by KMDK State Youth Wing Joint Secretary Durairaja, AIADMK former City Secretary N.Krishnaraj.
