Housing Minister S Muthusamy addressing the Erode South District DMK youth wing functionaries meeting at the party office at Erode on Wednesday. In his speech, he said the CM would unveil the renovated statue of former CM Annadurai at Erode Veerapppanchathram through video conference at 7 pm on September 15 and he would attend DMK party booth level agents meeting at Padiyur near Kangayam on Sept 24. He appealed to the youth wing functionaries to propagate the achievements of DMK rule. Though the wing secretary and minister Udayanidhi Stalin spoke decently, the PM condemned it indirectly. It showed the importance of Udayanidhi. The youth wing functionaries inform public all welfare schemes of the government including free bus travel, 1.06 cr women beneficiaries under the mahalir urimai thogai thittam, etc.
