I-Day celebrated with gaiety in Nirmala College

 Nirmala College for Women, Coimbatore celebrated 77th Independence Day on in a grand manner. Subedar Major R.Murugan, 110(TA) Madras Regiment, Red Fields, Coimbatore was the Chief guest. He hoisted the National Flag and delivered the Independence Day Address which gave a true spirit of Independence to the Students . The NCC cadets were honored on this day.

     The College celebrates its 75th year in its educational service, in this academic year. The College has planned to celebrate this achievement by awarding  distinguished 75 personalities in various fields, as a part of its Jubilee Celebration, this year. To mark its beginning, 15 Humanitarian Awards  were awarded to 15 personalities involved in Social Service Activities.
