I-Day celebrated with much fanfare

Velalar Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School celebrated 75th I- Day in grand manner. Correspondent SD Chandrasekhar welcomed the gathering. 

The special guest Modakurichi MLA Dr. C.K Sarasvathi presided over the event and delivered a special address after hoisting the National Flag. This was followed by a parade and art program by school students. 

Finally, the Principal V. Priyadarshni, Balasubramanian, chief Principal Nallappan, PRO Karthikeyan, teaching and non teaching staff, students and parents graced the occasion.
