I-Day women walking marathon at Erode

In Erode, Indian Women's Network organized a walking marathon to create awareness that women can walk on the road without any fear even at midnight on the 78th year of independence in India. People's representatives included BJP MLA CK Saraswathi, Municipal Corporation Mayor Nagaratnam and Tamil Nadu President of the organization Krithika Sivakumar, Governor of the organization Deepa. 350 women under the leadership of Shakti Ganesh participated. This midnight walk marathon program was flagged off by District Collector Rajagopal Sunkara and SP Jawahar.
