Iswaran seeks small districts

KMDK State General Secretary Tiruchengode MLA ER Iswaran has requested that large districts should be divided into small districts.
He garlanded King Kalingarayan statue at Bavani.  Later, I he told reporters: Erode district should be divided with Gobi, Coimbatore with Pollachi, Salem with Attur  Namakkal with Tiruchengode as new districts. In sorre districts, there are three assembly constituencies.
I have written a letter to the chief minister and the officials in this regard. The request is under consideration of the government. 
Although we are pious people, we do not want to talk about politics in the matter of Ram temple. It is wrong to file a case against the vice chancellor of Periyar University under the SCST Act. Inquiries are going on in the matter.
King Kalingarayan was the pioneer of river linking and connected Bhavani river with Noyalaru. But today many are talking about Ganga Kaveri Godavari Cauvery linking projects.  But nothing was happened.
I have already commented on the issue of modernization of Kizh Bhavani canal.  If concrete is put in the canal, ryots depend on its seepage water would be hit. 
That is why I along with those who opposed the project joined a cycle rally and petitioned to the district collector's office. Athikadavu Avinashi project has been completed. Kalingarayan was the king who created Kalingarayan dam and the cana. So, the name of the project should be changed as Kalingarayan Athikadavu Avinasi Project, he pleaded.
