Jehovah's Witness to organise Good News convention in Coimbatore

The Jehovah's Witnesses will host a three-day "Declare the Good News" convention at CODISSIA Intec Technology Center in Coimbatore, starting on October 4, 2024.  This event is open to the public and aims to provide uplifting and positive messages in a world often dominated by negative news. Over 5,000 attendees are expected, contributing to the local economy through spending at hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Ram Prakash, the local spokesperson for Jehovah’s Witnesses, expressed excitement about returning to Coimbatore, highlighting the importance of spreading positivity through the event. The program will feature Bible-based videos, talks, and interviews on themes such as overcoming bad news and not fearing adversity. A two-part video drama will also be showcased on Friday and Saturday to engage the audience. Local congregations will invite community members to this free event, which will conclude on October 6, 2024.
