JSS college of pharmacy comes 4th in NIRF ranking

JSS college of pharmacy in Ooty has secured the fourth rank in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rank list released for pharmacy colleges in the country. The ranking was released by the union education and external affairs minister Rajkumar Ranjan Singh on June 5.
Similarly, JSS college of pharmacy in Mysuru had secured the seventh rank while the JSS dental college and JSS medical college in Mysuru had secured 11th and 37th ranks respectively in the rank list released for dental and medical colleges in the country.
 

The JSS academy of higher education and research (Deemed to be university) in Mysuru has ranked 34 among the universities in the country by NIRF and retained its position within top 50 consecutively in all the eight editions of NIRF since 2016.
 

The untiring efforts of the institutions towards teaching, learning, research, innovation and outreach to realize its vision, and mission under the leadership and patronage of Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji, the chancellor of the institution, Dr CG Betsurmath, executive secretary of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Dr B Suresh, pro-chancellor and Dr Surinder Singh, vice chancellor enabled the JSS institutions to attain these laurels. Further, the JSS institutions believe that these rankings would have not been accomplished without the significant contributions from its stakeholders including students.
