Karunya varsity joins with IIT Delhi’s Technology Innovation Hub

Karunya University has partnered with the Technology Innovation Hub (IHFC) of IIT Delhi to establish a Co-Innovation Centre on campus. This collaboration aims to drive cutting-edge research, foster entrepreneurship, and develop breakthrough products for the market.
As part of this initiative, IIT Delhi will provide funding of Rs. 1.25 crores over a five-year period to support innovation and technology development at Karunya. This prestigious partnership places Karunya among an elite group of 10 institutions across India selected for this initiative.
The launch event, held today at Karunya University, was graced by Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, CEO of IHFC, IIT Delhi, and Dr. Akash, who emphasized the Centre’s potential to nurture next-generation entrepreneurs and innovators.
This Co-Innovation Centre will serve as a hub for pioneering research in robotics, automation, and advanced technologies, fostering a strong industry-academia partnership. The initiative aligns with Karunya’s vision to equip students and researchers with the expertise and resources to develop market-ready solutions and make a significant impact in the technology landscape
