Kathir College of Arts and Science hosts leadership development sessions for students

Kathir College of Arts and Science successfully conducted an interactive session on leadership development, titled “Bingo with a Twist: Leadership Traits in Action”, on February 7. Organised by the Department of Business Administration with Computer Applications, the event aimed to instill leadership skills, teamwork, and strategic thinking among students.
The session featured P SankarGanesh, a well-known soft skills and life skills trainer, as the chief guest. Through his engaging approach, he provided valuable insights into leadership, communication, and teamwork, making the session thought-provoking and interactive.
The event was attended by ES Kathir, Founder and Chairman of Kathir Institutions, and Lavanya Kathir, Secretary of Kathir Institutions, who extended their best wishes and support. Dr. R Karpagam, Principal of Kathir College of Arts and Science, addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of leadership skills in today’s competitive job market.
The session was convened by Dr. P Saravanan, Head of the Department of BBA (CA), who played a key role in organising the event. Students actively participated in the session, which blended leadership concepts with an engaging activity like Bingo, making learning both enjoyable and impactful.
