KEC bags award from Union Govt

Kongu Engineering College (KEC), Perundurai won Vimarsh 5G Hackathon Runner-Up Award from Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla.

The event was organized by the Department of Telecom, the Telecom Centers of Excellence India, the Bureau of Police Research and Development, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Two teams consisting 11 students and 2 faculty member from KEC demonstrated their product prototype TAB—Traffic AI Buddy” and got the runner-up award.The mentor of the team, Mr.R.P.Karthik, Asst Professor, Department of ECE received the award certificates, from the Minister. KEC correspondent A.K.Ilango, and Principal Dr.V.Balusamy appreciated the awardees.
