KG Group's Town and City Developers Launches 'United City' Residential Project in Peelamedu

KG Group's Town and City Developers (TNCD), a prominent name in Coimbatore's real estate sector, has launched its newest residential project ' United City' located on Ellai Thottam Road, Peelamedu. This marks the company's 18th residential venture in the city.
The project was officially unveiled on Thursday by Sanjana Vijayakumar, Co-Founder of TNCD, along with Suresh Kumar, Senior Vice President, and Joshua, Marketing Head of the company. Following the launch, Sanjana Vijayakumar addressed the media during a press conference, sharing insights into the project and TNCD’s continued contributions to the evolving housing landscape in Coimbatore.

Pricing for the flats starts at Rs. 29.99 lakhs for a 1 BHK, Rs. 48.99 lakhs for a 2 BHK, and Rs. 64.99 lakhs for a 3 BHK unit. TNCD has partnered with 10 banks to offer loan facilities, with 90% loan available for 1 BHK units and 80% loan for 2 BHK units. The current interest rate is 8.4%.
Sanjana Vijayakumar further shared that TNCD's residential projects have become popular among middle-class families and IT professionals, with 50% of the units in the United City project already sold.
