KMCH records 1,000 robotic knee replacement surgeries

KMCH announced a significant milestone: completion of 1,000 robotic-assisted knee replacement surgeries.
The state-of-the-art robotic technology utilized at KMCH allows orthopedic surgeons to perform knee replacement procedures with unparalleled accuracy and personalization.
"Reaching 1,000 robotic knee replacement surgeries is not just a number; it represents 1,000 lives transformed, 1,000 individuals regaining their mobility and freedom from pain," said Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman and Managing Director, KMCH. 
The team of doctors includes: S G Thirumalaisamy, Dr. AS Thennavan, Dr. Lenin Babu, Dr. Dr. K Baskaran and Dr. K. Baskaran Boopathi Krishnan.
The CORI Advanced Robotic system imported from USA provides surgeons with a highly detailed 3D model of the patient's anatomy, enabling them to create a customized surgical plan pre-operatively.
