K.P.R Women Employees Educational Division (WEED) students who have completed 10th class and 12th class in the KPR Mill Education Division achieved 100% pass percentage. Out of these 116 students who studied in class 12, four students got more than 500 marks out of 600 marks. KPR Women workers have added pride by being included in the list of academic achievement students. Among them Ms. B. Ananthalakshmi got 571 marks and got the first place.
They work full-time in the mill, study in the evening class and capitalize on their hard work. Their academic achievements are credited to Dr. K.P. Ramasamy, KPR Group Chairman who complimented them. He encouraged the students by offering full scholarships to study at the KPR College of Arts Sciences and Research. The students and their parents who received the aid expressed their gratitude to him, according to Prof. P.Saravana Pandi.
