KS Thennarasu announced as AIADMK candidate

AIADMK chief EPS announced former MLA of Erode East KS Thennarasu as party  candidate for the ongoing Erode East bypoll, said former minister bypoll election committee coordinator KA sengottaiyan while declaring open the party election office at Erode on Monday. In his speech, he said that just like the victory in Dindigul and Marungapuri bypolls,   AIADMK would get massive victory in Erode East.

KP Munusamy: Congress leader KS Alagiri said he didn't see any opponent to our front in the bypoll.  So,  why CM deputed many ministers for poll work.  He knew well the power of AIADMK. EPS offered good schemes and people were happy in his rule. Now,  within 20 months,  people started hating the DMK rule due to its various faults. So,  AIADMK would win by 50000 votes in the bypoll.Velumani: Each family in the state is affected in DMK rule. 

No poll promises were fulfilled. Property and power tax etc were hiked steeply. So,  people would opt AIADMK only for their welfare.Thangamani: The bypoll is a fight between money power and people's power.  In 2 years,  DMK earned bad name only.  Congress candidate EVKS Elangovan is residing at Chennai. 

So people cannot meet him.  But Thennarasu, residing in Erode, can be met at anytime to attend their problems.Ponnaiyan: AIADMK see people's welfare only. But,  DMK aims only corrupt practices. On the footsteps of MGR and Jayalalithaa, EPS is heading the AIADMK. He is an able administrator. He provided lot of welfare schemes during the past 4 years.

Tamilmahan Hussain: EPS provided good rule for the past 4 years so that Thennarasu would win at a margin of over 1 lakh votes. TMC Ex-MLA Vidiyal Sekar: After the death of Jayalalithaa many said EPS rule could not survive. But, he ruled effectively. Thennarasu can be seen in Erode at any time as he could not go to Chennai or Delhi like the opposite candidate. In the present DMK rule, people's sufferings were aggravated much due to misrule.

Natham Viswanathan: AIADMK would get massive mandate in the bypoll. AIADMK got victory in many bypolls even while DMK was in power.  Now, people were much angry against DMK rule for various omissions and commissions. The victory would be a turning point in the history of TN and AIADMK. Natham Viswanathan: People were now longing for the exit of DMK rule due to its failure in various fronts during the past 20 months.  
When we are meeting people in Erode in recent days, people themselves assured to vote for AIADMK citing non functional of powerlooms due to steep hike in power tariff.  While people suffer much  in the present rule, CM Stalin were happy by making his son as minister.  As per the CM's assurance, he has to give Rs 22000 to each women by way of gas subsidy and Rs 1000 per month as Urimai Thogai.
