Lecture on Recent Advances in Medical Oncology Therapy

The Department of Biotechnology of Kongu Arts and Science College under the DBT Star College Scheme organized a Guest Lecture on “Recent Advances in Medical Oncology Therapy and Treatments” for the UG and PG students.  Dr.K.Ashok Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai conducted the Programme.

He explained the various procedures and recent therapies that are followed for the cancer treatment patients. Around 105 students attended the programme. Dr.D.Saravanan, Head, Department of Biotechnology welcomed. Thiru.P.D.Thangavel, Correspondent of the College presided. Dr.N.Raman, Principal of the College felicitated the gathering. Ms.R.Divya Dharshini, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology proposed the vote of thanks.
