The Madras Art Guild, supported by the Yuj Foundation, began its fourth edition on February 14, 2025, with the theme 'Transcending Boundaries'.
The festival was inaugurated by Muneo Takahashi San, the Consul-General of Japan in Chennai, featuring a lamp lighting ceremony and the unveiling of the 'Kala Car'. The event included classical dance by Remya Nambeesan and a fashion show by Kazuko Barisic San.
The festival showcases over 1000 art pieces from various students, with installations at VR Chennai turning the basement into an art space.
It includes collaborations focused on STEM education with UNESCO and features a fusion fashion show with Japanese elements.
