Mayor inaugurates Rs 1.49 cr development works

Coimbatore Corporation 
Mayor Mrs. Kalpana Anandakumar and Corporation Commissioner Mr. Ma.Sivaguru Prabhakaran  visited and inspected the silt removal works being carried out near the drinking water pipe distributing water from Pillur Dam in Coimbatore district to the Corporation areas. 
Then they inaugurated  new development works worth Rs. 149.00 lakh under the South Zone in Ward No. 92.
They inaugurated a borewell project and inspected many road works in the zone.
On this occasion, Deputy Mayor Mr.Ra.Vetriselvan, Chairman of the Governing Body Mr.Karthikeyan, Councilors Mr.Vijayakumar, Mr.Babu, Mr.Senthilkumar, Mr.Murugesan, City Engineer Mr. Murukesan, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Elangovan, Executive Engineer Mr. Karuppasamy, Assistant Executive Engineer Mr. Kanagaraj, Assistant Town Planner Ms. Jayalakshmi, Assistant Engineers Mr. Sathyamurthy, Mr. Sakthivel, Mr. Nassar, Mr. Gopalakrishnan and  many  officers were present.
