Minister distributes Rs 54.55 cr bank loan at Tiruppur

Following the launch of the program of providing bank credit links to women self-help groups across Tamil Nadu by the Minister of Welfare and Sports Development, Mr. Udayanidhi Stalin, Tamil Development and Information Mr. M. P. Saminathan distributed bank loan to the tune of Rs 54.55 cr to 572 Women's Self Help Groups at a function held at Tiruppur on Monday.
Collector Mr. T Christuraj, Erode MP Mr. KE Prakash, Tiruppur South MLA Mr. K. Selvaraj,  Mayor Mr. N. Dinesh Kumar, Tirupur Corporation Commissioner Mr. Pawankumar G. Giriyappanavar attended the function.
Mr. M. P. Saminathan said that, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has announced various schemes for the welfare of Tamil Nadu women and is implementing them well. The government is working with full attention to bring the necessary programs to the people immediately. Late CM Kalaignar created SHG scheme to improve women's economy.
