MLA distributes temple Pongal gift to people at Erode

On the occasion of the temple Pongal festival being held in the village of Moongilpalayam, Perundurai Union, Perundurai MLA S. Jayakumar personally visited the general public of the area and distributed Pongal gift.
The Pongal festival is to be held in the Athiravidar Colony of the Panchayat of Moongilpalayam, Perundurai Union next week. Following this, the general public of the area met the MLA S. Jayakumar in person and invited him to participate in the temple festival.
Following this,  he came to the village of Moongilpalayam, and offered each family a silk saree, vest, towel, mavilakku tray, teertha jug, betel nut and money and distributed Pongal seer to each of them separately.
