MLA inaugurates diffables cricket competition

A 2- day district level sitting cricket tournament for differently abled persons in Perundurai was inaugurated by Perundurai MLA S.Jayakumar. It was arranged by Phoenix Diffabled Welfare Association, Erode District and December 3 Movement on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities at Seenapuram Kongu Velalar Polytechnic College.

The MLA gave the first prize of Rs.5001 and 2nd prize of Rs 3001. AIADMK party secretaries Arul Jothi Selvaraj, Ranjith Raj, Phoenix assn district president Jayaprakash, functionaries Arunachalam, Manikandan, Kumaresan, Panchayat Union Vice President Uma Maheswaran and many others attended.
