MLA opens Thanneer Pandhal to beat the Summer

Ponneri MLA Durai Chandrasekhar opened a ‘Thanneer Pandhal’, an open shed to facilitate drinking water for the public at the Thachur junction as the impact of the scorching summer sun is increasing.

The shed was inaugurated by Congress MLA Durai Chandrasekar on the Kolkata National Highway at the Thachur junction in Ponneri of Thiruvallur district. Following this, the legislator provided watermelon and tender coconut to the people there.
