MMK to stage stir on July 2 to press total prohibition at Erode

Manithaneya Makkal Katchi will stage state wide demo to insist total prohibition on July 2, said the party state president and MLA Jawahirullah.

Talking to newsmen here on Sunday, he wanted dismissal of the then Kallakurichi collector Shravankumar as his interview alone led to many deaths. 

He wanted deduction from the gratuity of the police officers working there to give Rs 10 lakh solatium, education and medical relief, announced by the government to the victims families. The onus to check this kind of incidents rest on CM also. But, the accountability to enforce his orders fall on officials.

He rejected the ADMK leader EPS' charge that the inefficiency of the CM led to this kind of incidents. EPS is the most inefficient CM of TN. Youths addicted to liquor and ganja which could hit the state's future. DMK front won 40 seats in TN. So  those who faced defeat conspired to create bad image to the government in Kallakurichi.
