Monitoring officer inspects development works at Coimbatore

Coimbatore District Monitoring Officer/Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation Krantikumar Padi inspected the various development projects going on in Coimbatore district in the presence of Coimbatore Corporation  Municipal Commissioner Dr Sivaguru Prabhakaran on Monday.
Various development projects are underway to benefit the public in the areas under Coimbatore district. Construction work of Semmozhi Park in Gandhipuram Central Jail Complex in about 45 acres at a cost of Rs.167.25 crore, Periyar Library at a cost of Rs.300 crore in Gandhipuram, a flyover for 10.10 km stretch from Paddarpalayam area, Avinasi Road from Gold Wins to Uppilipalayam at a cost of Rs 1791.22 cr, TWAD works at an estimate of Rs.591.14 crore  in Bothanur area of ​​South Zone are going on in the City. He instructed the officials to carry out the works expeditiously.
Subsequently, he inquired about the activities of the short term skill training center operated by the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation under the Naan Muluvan project in the Krishnasamy Nagar.
He conducted a special training course, which is run under Naan Muthalvan Scheme at Anna University Campus, Marudamalai Road, Coimbatore. 
During this event, Municipal Corporation Deputy Commissioner Mr. T. Kumaresan, Chief Engineer Mr. Vijayakumar, Public Works Department Executive Engineer Mr. Selvaraj, Dean Anna University Coimbatore Dr. Saravanakumar, Assistant Commissioners Mr. Senthilkumaran, Mr. Kumaran, and many were present.
