Nanda arranges Marathon at Erode

On the occasion of World Blood Donors Day, a mini-marathon competition was organized by Nandha Educational Institutions' Manitham organization. Many School and college students participated. Erode Town DSP KR Jaisingh and writer Erode Kadir inaugurated the event by waving the flag. In this, Men's Marathon started from VOC Ground to Perundurai Nandha College, 21 km and women's marathon  was held for a distance of 10 km till Nandha Central City School. Subsequently, a Blood donation Camp was held on behalf of Nandha's 'Uyirthuli' organization at Nandha Medical College campus under the leadership of College President V. Shanmugan. More than 150 people donated blood. College Secretaries, S. Nandakumar Pradeep, S. Thirumurthy, Chief Academic Officer Dr. S. Aramugam, Principal of Nandha Engineering College  Raghupathi, Principal of Physiotherapy college Dr. V. Manivannan delivered the welcome speech.
