National HR Conclave held in Avinashilingam Institute

The Department of Business Administration  of Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women in collaboration with the National Institute of Personnel Management - Coimbatore Chapter, successfully hosted National HR Conclave in hybrid mode , "CONNEXTION-2024," on March 2 on the theme "Digital HR - Algorithms Redefined in People Management.''
The Inaugural and the Valedictory sessions were presided over by Dr. S. Kowsalya, Registrar  and Dr. V. Bharathi Harishankar, Vice Chancellor respectively.  The NIPM representatives Pon. Muthuvellappan and  Gandhimathinathan, Vice Chairman Mr. Srinivasan Director HR- Velan Valves India Pvt Ltd and  Pon. Annadurai VP-HR-CRI Pumps and S. Akila AGM  HR and Admin, Messer Cutting Systems India Pvt. Ltd. ,
John Robert, the Country Head of Employee Relations of Bosch India, Bengaluru, and Dr. Sharan Kumar Shetty, Deputy Vice Chancellor - Research and Innovation of ASEAN American University, Malaysia, spoke in the conclave.
