NCC combined annual training camp held

CATC-II of 2 TN Air Sqn NCC combined annual training camp (CATC)-II cum launch camp for inter group competition- Vayu Sainik Camp (IGC-VSC) of 2 TN Air Sqn NCC was held between July 16 and 25. 489 students, 17 Associate NCC Officers, 13 PI staff and 10 state government staff attended the camp under the command of CO- 2 TN Air Sqn NCC at Nehru College of Arts And Science.The List of SD/SW institutions under 2 TN Air Sqn that participated was: 

PSG CAS, Govt Arts College, Hindusthan Institute Of Tech, SNMV Arts And Science College, Nehru College of Aeronautical and Applied Sciences, Hindusthan College of Engg and Tech, Bannari Amman Inst of Tech, Dr. Mahalingam CET, Hindusthan CAS, KPR Institute of Engg and Tech. List of institutions under 5 TN Air Sqn that were participating: 

Govt College of Engg, KSR College of Technology, Sengumthar Engg College, Kumaraguru College of Tech, Kongu Engg College, Mahendra Engineering College, Excel Engg College, Loyola College of Arts And Science. The list of JD/JW Schools that were participating: Mani HSS, SCM HSS, BUHSS, Tirupur, Govt HSS, Kangayapalayam, Stanes School, SBOA HSS, SJN Int S, Kallar, Veveaham HSS, Carmel Garden School, Air Force School, SSVM World School, Vivekam SSS Motivational Speech was delivered by Dr. Kavidasan, Director, Roots.


All the activities in the camp were managed by Wg Cdr S Nitin, Commanding Officer, Fg Offr E M Rajesh Of PSG CAS for the SD/SW cadets, Chief Offr G R Ramesh Babu Of SBOA HSS for JD/JW Cadets, ANO K Arun of Nehru College of Aeronautical and Applied Sciences along with Warrant Officers Satheesh Kumar Adjt, And Suresh Kumar V.  115 Prizes were given to best cadets. The Best Cadet Award Given To SD- F/C Sachin A M of KPR IET and SW- F/C Pradeepa Of PSG CAS. 


For the Juniors, the best cadet prize was awarded to JD- F/C R Giridar of Vivekam Senior Secondary School, Saravanampatti, and JW- F/C S Tanvika, SJN Kallar.
