New COO for Biscuits and Cakes

Ali Harris Shere is ITC LTD.'s has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Foods Business division's Biscuits and Cakes. Mr.Ali  has over 20 years of expertise in sales and marketing when he joined ITC. Mr. Shere, who portrayed a variety of characters in Britannia, began working for the food company in 1998 as a management trainee and progressed through the ranks to become the marketing director and now the COO of India's biggest FMCG Conglomerate over the course of a more than 21-year career.
