Over 2000 culinary professionals will participate in the competition

South Indian Chefs Association (SICA) is organizing its 6th edition of the SICA Culinary Challenge and Exhibition 2023 from 15th to 17th September 2023. The competition aims to establish a professional platform for culinary professionals in India to showcase their skills and creative talent. The event is supported by ITPO and TNTPO. 

SICA has already conducted workshops on Pastry Art & Hot Plate Presentation to impart technical knowledge to approach professional competition. Over 2000 culinary professionals will participate in the competition. Chef Dimuthu Kumarasinghe from Chefs Guild of Lanka demonstrated the art of food plating techniques across four locations.
