Pledge against Drugs observed at SIMATS Chennai

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) organised a drive against drugs on Drug day recently.

An Anti-drug club was formed with two faculty coordinators and 5  student representatives. Anti-drug
awareness pledge was taken up by all the students. 

Awareness was focused on the ill effects of Drug usage and its consequences to personal life and to society. About 200students participated. Sub Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police station also participated in the program.
