Police slap Rs 3500 fine on publicity monger

Erode town police slapped a fine of Rs 3500 by registering 3 cases on Parthiban of Erode for taking bath while driving 2 wheeler at PS Park, Erode, in violation of traffic rules. 
He did so for publicity by releasing the video in the instagram. 
He already released videos  of his sleeping on the middle of the road, taking bath in the well in night and eating uncooked fish.
