PSGRKCW student bags Trophy in Chess tourney

Jyothsna L of I Year BSc CS AI from PSGR Krishnammal College For Women, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu participated in the Azure All India Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament 2022 organized by Azure Chess Institute at AVB Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore from 24th and 25th September 2022. 

Among 410 participants, she ranked top 12th Position with 7 Points out of 9 Points and to note that all the first 11 rankers are only men. She has also been awarded as Best Women player.  She received a cash prize of Rs 3000 with Merit Certificate and a Trophy for the achievement.
